Why?   For two very different reasons.  

First, working for staffing companies is always interesting, challenging, and exciting.  Staffing companies, by their very nature, have a much broader legal spectrum than most other industries.  In addition to the usual legal snares and brambles that trip up most businesses, staffing companies must also deal with complex governmental oversight (both state and federal), complicated indemnity and liability issues, a myriad of insurance concerns, and ongoing regulatory compliance problems.  And what makes it even more challenging, as any staffing company knows, is that the laws that effect staffing companies are changing on an almost daily basis.  I truly enjoy the many challenges that come with representing staffing companies.

The second reason is simply that people who own and/or work for staffing companies are fun. The are high-energy, go-get-'em people who work hard and play hard. They move fast, make decisions, and then move on to bigger and better things.

The Anderson Law Firm's goal is to develop long term relationships with its clients.  If I am going to be in a long term relationship with a client, then staffing people are the kind of people I want to be in a long term relationship with!
